  • Join your toddler for a fun and interactive yoga class filled with movement, songs, and games that spark connection and joy! Toddlers will build coordination and body awareness while caregivers enjoy mindfulness and meaningful bonding moments. Perfect for active little ones and their grown-ups, this class blends play and relaxation in a shared experience of growth.

  • Quiet Time is a playful yoga class for children (ages 3-6) and their grown-ups, combining storytime with fun yoga poses to build balance, flexibility, and body awareness. This calming session offers a joyful way to bond, move, and practice mindfulness together during the old “naptime” hour.

  • Our restorative flow class offers a calming, supportive flow designed to help you reset and recharge, relieving tension before or after a busy week. With 5-7 gentle poses and the use of props, this class provides deep relaxation and relief for common pregnancy and postpartum discomforts, making it perfect for all parents, including those new to yoga.

  • Dance with your bump and baby! Wear your baby and dance to an eclectic playlist. This experience brings fun to exercise and connection through closeness and motion stimulating tactile and auditory senses simultaneously. No dance experience needed. Movements will be simple, repetitive and easy to follow. Suitable for pregnancy and babies of any age who are comfortable and supported in a carrier.

  • This Infant First Aid, CPR, and Choking Workshop equips new parents with essential skills to handle common infant emergencies with confidence. In a relaxed, supportive environment, participants learn infant CPR, choking response, and key first aid tips to help keep their little one safe.

  • The Pit Crew Connection is a casual meet-up for dads and support partners to connect, share experiences, and learn how to support each other through the challenges of parenthood. It’s a fun, relaxed opportunity to swap tips, make friends, and strengthen your team dynamic as you navigate family life together.

  • Join us on the first Friday of every month at 3:30 PM for a casual, judgment-free space to connect with other working moms who are juggling careers, parenthood, and all the chaos in between. This is your chance to take a breath, share experiences, and build community before diving into the weekend with your little ones. Come as you are—whether you need to vent, laugh, or just enjoy a quiet cup of tea.
