  • Postpartum Yoga is a nurturing class for parents and non-mobile babies, combining gentle movement, stretching, and strength exercises to support recovery and well-being after birth. Open to all levels, it offers a nonjudgmental space to reconnect with your body, bond with your baby, and create meaningful connections.

  • This fun and dynamic yoga class welcomes caregivers and their mobile babies (up to 18 months) for a shared experience of mindful movement and breath. Designed to support grown-ups while embracing the lively energy of little ones, the practice encourages caregivers to flow at their own pace and enjoy meaningful moments with their child.

  • Our restorative flow class offers a calming, supportive flow designed to help you reset and recharge, relieving tension before or after a busy week. With 5-7 gentle poses and the use of props, this class provides deep relaxation and relief for common pregnancy and postpartum discomforts, making it perfect for all parents, including those new to yoga.

  • Dance with your bump and baby! Wear your baby and dance to an eclectic playlist. This experience brings fun to exercise and connection through closeness and motion stimulating tactile and auditory senses simultaneously. No dance experience needed. Movements will be simple, repetitive and easy to follow. Suitable for pregnancy and babies of any age who are comfortable and supported in a carrier.
